The 3 microbar limit was the maximum noise requirement on a seismic transducer streamer during a survey. This paper shows that the limit was way too conservative and as a result a great deal of unnecessary downtime was incurred. A good friend and colleague Steve Levey who was proof-reading this died of cancer before it appeared so I dedicated to him. | None yet | 8 |
