Synopsis and invited feedback

| These are some notes I was asked to put together on software failure for a learned society. They just highlight the problems, the expense and what we might do about it. Software failure is costing society a fortune and this money could very well be spent elsewhere but we are not to our shame doing very much to ameliorate it. | None yet | 7 |
